I'd like to introduce an Outcome field within incident register, with options such as:

No Action Required

Family Follow Up Required

Behaviour Support Review Required

Corrective Action Required

Investigation Required

Regulatory Notification Review Required

This would allow the majority of minor incidents to be completed quickly, while still triggering more detailed workflows and follow-up processes when required.
