It would be handy to have the ability to choose which question will pull into a checklist name. I know in surveys it can pull from the first text answer, but would like a similar functionality across all checklists whether scheduled, ad hoc or surveys. We also have to consider the structure to ensure that we put the text field that we want to use to name the checklist first. But sometimes I would like the name to be generated from a text field that is further into the survey.
